Based in Richlands, N.C., we serve home buyers in all surrounding areas of eastern North Carolina. We provide transportation and set-up, and can even assist with local moves of existing mobile homes. Since 1987, East Coast Mobile Homes has been helping homeowners in the Richlands, N.C. area find AND afford their perfect dream home! We place the highest value on client satisfaction, and devote our full attention to providing our clients with a hassle-free buying experience.
And because we are an independent dealer, in most cases we can get whatever home the customer might want or need. We are also full-service in house, with our own set up company as well, so our customers only have to deal with one person. Whether its just a home, or a complete land/home package, we can do it all!
As for financing, we work with local mortgage companies for land/home deals, and various financing companies to handle chattel loans (home only), so you are not left to navigate the home financing process alone.
Once your new home is set up, we can add porches, decks, garages or even storage units, built on-site by trusted and professional contractors whom we recommend.
We carry a complete line of manufactured homes by Cavalier Homes, as well as good quality used homes from previous homeowners.
